Colonics & Enemas
Colonics and enamas are a gental washing of the colon (large intestine) with warm water. The procedure takes approximately 45 minutes and uses equipment that regulates the water temperature, pressure and volume. A small nozzle, which is attached to a hose from the water source, is inserted into the anus and allows water to flow in gently. This water dislodges toxic wastes in the colon and is expelled out the rectum.
